Who we are

Eastown Pottery is a community ceramics studio in the heart of Eastown where people come to learn, create, and connect through clay. From first-time beginners to experienced potters, our studio offers pottery wheel classes, workshops, and memberships for makers of all experience levels.

Founded by the team behind The Mud Room, Eastown Pottery continues our mission of creating welcoming spaces where people can explore creativity, build a community, and experience the satisfaction of making something truly their own.

Meet Kris!

This is the person who tries to coordinate everything at the studio. Kris used to teach middle school & high school art classes focusing on ceramics and sculpture and loves being curious and learning. She doesn’t remember what time it is ever, but can remember a lot of other things.

Meet Troy!

This is the person who tries to coordinate Kris. Troy used to work in the corporate world and now is using his superpowers to help run a business! He also loves playing music and connecting with all the people. He’s also our resident carpenter, plumber and fix it man.
