Terms & Conditions

By registering for a class at Eastown Pottery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PRICING

  • Class fees must be paid in full in advance and include instruction, throwing time, clay, glazing, and firing.

  • Sales tax is not included.

PAYMENTS

  • Class begins promptly at your reserved time; any guests more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their spot and are considered a “no-show”. Your class will not be extended to accommodate late participants, as our instructors need adequate time to clean up after class and other attendees would like to use their full allotted class time.

  • Payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations or no-shows. We may not be able to accommodate rescheduling requests received less than 10 days in advance.

FOOD & DRINKS

  • Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed

  • Food is not recommended to be consumed around clay dust or open glazes

FINISHED ITEMS

  • Finished items will be fired and stored for pickup under the name of the person who made the reservation.

  • Projects will be ready to pick up in approximately two weeks.

  • Please pick up projects within 30 days
